By using Vinny you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Vinny is

Vinny provides educational puppy-care guidance, daily plans, and coaching. It is not a veterinary service, emergency service, or substitute for professional veterinary care. For urgent health concerns, contact a veterinarian.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep Sign in with Apple credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from the app.

Free, Vinny Plus, and Family

• Free: daily plans, training, journal, and local expert coaching for 1 dog. A small number of AI text answers may be included; photo/video coaching is not.
• Vinny Plus: unlimited AI text coaching, photo/short-clip vision coaching (fair-use cap), and up to 3 dogs.
• Vinny Family: everything in Plus, unlimited dogs, and household sharing for partners and sitters.

On iOS, subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. On the web, Stripe (Apple Pay and card). Manage or cancel in Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via billing on the web.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass paywalls or rate limits, upload illegal content, or harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

Vinny’s branding, product design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of content you upload; you grant us a license to process it to provide the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that AI replies are complete or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
